is accomplished through regular weekly telephone or in person sessions.
As each coaching session is uniquely designed to meet the client’s
professional and personal needs and goals, the sessions are done
one-on-one.
I assist the client to create personal change
and establish and prioritize their most effective plan that will
produce successful results. As a coach I apply advanced principals
of human potential, models for empowerment, leadership, conflict
resolution tools such that the client can capitalize on what is
most relevant to forwarding their success.
I suggest a minimum 3 month commitment to the
coaching process. It takes time for change to occur and solutions
to be reached. While the duration of the coaching is your decision,
most clients stay with the coaching process beyond the initial commitment.
Clients bring an agenda to the sessions and as
the coach I'll help prioritize the issues and strategize to solve
problems and make the most of opportunities.

to discuss your specific needs and arrange for your initial complementary
assessment/consultation.
