I am a Solution Focused Coach and received my training through Erickson College, known for its advanced coaching techniques based in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I am also a Conflict Resolution Coach, certified through the Justice Institute of British Columbia and have been coaching for over 9 years.

I bring to my coaching practice training and experience utilizing advanced tools for human development, communication and empowerment.

I have worked as a private consultant in the area of public consultation, strategic planning and community and tourism development, and also have extensive experience in the field of facilitation, mediation and negotiation training. I bring to my coaching profession experience and knowledge gained through formal training in human development and communication, business development training/experience, work experience as well as through life's lessons. I continue to pursue professional development to enable myself to bring new tools to support my client’s success.
